Alex Youngblood and he offers transactional funds for your HUD deals. He is reasonable and will help you through the process of closing.
Here are his terms:

0-1 Days 1.25%Any availability of funds after that will be considered on a case by case scenario not to exceed 30 days.
You bring Alex the deal that you have contracted for
100K
and a buyer for 120K (example).
Alex will put up the money on the first transaction of 100K so that you can close that deal and then immediately sell the deal for 120K on the same day to your buyer.
You get your proceeds from your sale and Alex would get $2,000 for funding the deal for you.
Alex will handle the paperwork for the funding as well so you won't have to worry about that.
